Accessibility Policy

Accessibility statement for www.dekra-batteritest.se

DEKRA Automotive AB is responsible for this website. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. This document describes how www.dekra-batteritest.se complies with the Digital Public Service Accessibility Act, any known accessibility issues, and how you can report deficiencies to us so that we can address them.

How accessible is the website?

The website is partially compliant with the Digital Public Service Accessibility Act due to the deficiencies described below.

Non-accessible content

The following is a description of content that is not accessible:

Lack of compliance with the law

  • Keyboard navigation and focus indication do not fully function in the current version. Improvements are planned.
  • Form fields lack correct labels, which makes it difficult for screen reader users. These are being reviewed and updated successively.
  • Videos are often embedded from YouTube and lack controlled subtitles. Future videos will be produced according to internal accessibility guidelines.
  • Broken links and inaccessible pages may occur. These are identified and corrected on an ongoing basis.
  • Alt-text for images is sometimes missing, especially for older content. The editorial team is actively working to ensure that all non-decorative images have descriptive text.
  • Heading structure may be inconsistent, for example, skipping between different heading levels.
  • Buttons without alternative text appear in some places and can hinder navigation for users with assistive technologies.

Content not covered by the law

PDF files published before June 2025 are not accessibility-adapted. Even newer files may have deficiencies as accessibility auditing is not yet fully implemented.

How we tested the website

A combination of manual review and technical analysis has been used to assess accessibility. The review was conducted internally.
