The consumer also has the option to cancel in another way than by using the form, but is always recommended to keep documentation showing that he or she has cancelled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Template for cancellation form<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The form must be completed and returned only if you wish to cancel the agreement.
